"They were, from the beginning, very enthusiastic about the concept," Post said. Obviously, from their standpoint, it's a good branding vehicle for the firm, but the way Tommy and I wanted to create it was that it wasn't only about Sotheby's International Realty listings but more like a public service, talking about real-estate issues.

Things Are Looking Up
